| Darrold Cordes is the founder of Rayner AAM Pty Limited in Australia in 2002 and then subsequently Rayner AAM Limited in Hong Kong. He has specialist knowledge and expertise in the resources sector, particularly in China, with the undertaking of the assessment of several large coal, oil, coal bed methane gas and natural gas projects and a potential listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This work is continuing with the view of establishing a significant presence in China. This undertaking is complemented through the development of major international commodity trading supply chains from Russia to China and the USA.
Darrold has extensive experience in company development including startups, organizational structures, funding and initial public offerings. He has also owned and managed high technology businesses with multinational presence in Asia, Australia, United Kingdom and USA. |

| Since the formation of Rayner AAM Pty Limited (Australia) in 2002, she has been involved in the preparation of business plans, including sophisticated financial modelling scenarios, position papers, market research papers and investment strategies for projects in the oil, coal and gas projects in Inner Mongolia, PRC.
Ms Sutton is currently developing working relationships between major clients on China, Russia and the USA for the trading of petroleum commodities, particularly JP54 (Jet Fuel), M100 Mazut (Heavy Fuel Oil) and D2 (Diesel Fuel). She is an important member of the team that has recently successfully negotiated major supply contracts with Russian refineries and customer contracts in the USA and China |

| Jia Fu Yang (Kerry) is the China Country Manager for Rayner AAM Limited. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and is based in Guangzhou, China. Kerry provides Rayner with valuable support for commercial operations in China, particularly in detailed negotiations where his language skills, business practices, institutional knowledge, financial transactions and contacts are necessary. Kerry manages all of the China business for Rayner.
Kerry has considerable experience in international trade having conducted high value shipments of commodities between China and other countries for more than 20 years. His knowledge of transnational business transactions stems from spending considerable time in Australia and China. He is a professional accountant and with his successful international career and understanding of Chinese business practices he is a valuable member of our team |

| Lucinda Cordes is a specialist in graphic and website design and prepares all of the corporate presentation material for Rayner AAM Limited. This includes, document templates, media releases and website design and implementation. She has also undertaken the website design and implementation for various clients of Rayner.
Lucinda also undertakes specific research into future potential business opportunities relating to the novel application of renewable energy technologies in environmentally sensitive projects, such as in equine farm management. Lucinda is currently investigating environmentally sustainable practices for renewable energy generation using waste organic feedstock. |
